I would have capped preflop.

Flop fine

Turn I would re-raise. If you are only behind to a set at the moment, and you didnt read him to 3-bet 55 or 66 pre flop then you need to consider if he has AA or KK. With you showing strength I would have expected him to raise the flop bet with Aces so I would doubt he has that.

If he had capped the turn I would think he had KK and would check/call the river.

If he called the turn re-raise I would put him on a straight draw with QJ or a Ax/Kx and would bet out at the river
