you need to take it to a shop and have it looked at.
Maybe even have them wipe everything off of it (try to save whatever important stuff, like pokertracker stats, beforehand).

Something really isn't right obviously.

I find that even the mom-and-pop computer parts and fix-it shops offer decent service for computer ignoramuses like me.

You should probably ask WSEX support to please lock your account.
Because your computer could very easily be so compromised that whatever key-logger is on it won't stop him from knowing what your new password is.

You should change your password anyway.
And maybe change your e-mail too.

Whether you lock it is up to you.
If he hasn't done this before and hasn't raided your other accounts then he probably isn't able to see every little thing you're doing.
But he's certainly getting some of your info and you need to take action besides just trying to find it with Norton.
