Bill Gullickson when he was with the Expos in the early-mid 80's. He had a couple of decent seasons, and played in the majors for 10+ years, but was never really a star. He was my hero when I was 10 years old, though.

Dave Martinez of the early 90's Expos. He always seemed to get a timely hit, and hussled his butt off. I always felt that he was good enough to be an every day player, but never really got the chance. He played into his early 40's, but was never recognized as anything more than a "role player".
