Okay, just to use a little logic here :
You think someone who is
A) Not in the HOF
and
B) Better than numerois HOF players of the same position
Is one of the most overrated players of all time?
For Bert Blyleven to be the most overrated player of all time he would have had to be a 1st balloter who is thought of as a Top 5 pitcher of all time.
