Would this really be that bad? I don't recall specific instances, but I'm pretty sure whenever I experienced first worry/grief/whatever negative emotion, and then relief, I felt better afterwards then before. In fact, I think the relief would feel immensely good, like one of the best moments in my life good, if the news was really really bad. No?
