First, I dont think anyone was talking about limit.
Second, your first point is valid but not as much in NL as showdown value is much less important.

Finally that is straight up wrong as the stronger 2nd pairs that KQ makes (with the Q) more than compensates by the times it catches a pair under a pair of aces, furthmore you will be less likely to pay off more bets when dominated by a higher pair on board then when you are dominated by a higher kicker in the case of A2.
