The idea that this is PS responsibility in any way is laughable. They did as you asked. So their shortcoming is that they didn't refund the costs incured by you with another company. Are you slow?
I kind of hope they cave and give you the money. You logical process indicates that there is no way you are a winning player and PS is a better place for the rest of us with you playing.
You could have an issue with NT. But, I can't see how they could fund a closed account. That just doesn't make sense.
