For whatever reason OP was trying to get an idea of what a good player's winrate is at these levels live. As worded, he was asking if the game was beatable:

Good players, I think, won't really care about their win rates in these games, other than to know that they are beating the game at all. I don't think that it's good to optimize your win rate for these low limit games.

That's total nonsense. First off, you can have a positive WR in a game that isn't worth playing (or you could have more WR in one game than another). Second, you should try to 'maximize' your WR in any game you're playing.
