NETeller & Pstars both SUCK
I cashed out a bit today from Pstars and made a mistake by not noticing they were going to transfer the funds to my old, closed CAD NETeller account.
I contacted Pstars and they told me to contact NETeller myself to correct it. Terrible customer support, they should be taking care of this, not me.
At first NETeller was very helpful and said they'd transfer it from the old, closed CAD account to my open USD account.
Now I've logged into my open NETeller account and they credit is there but it's not for the full cashout amount. I contacted them and it turns out they've taken exchange fees on both the initial transfer and the transfer to my USD account! The CS rep said they couldn't help me. What a joke.
I've emailed Pstars to have them make this right. If not I'm going to be spending more time elsewhere for sure. I will definitely also be using another payment processor as I now hate NETeller.
Hopefully this can be a warning to others to avoid the total pain in the rear I've had to endure.
