Default Re: The most famous person you met (and story )?

Let's see:

George Bush (41) - twice...once at my high school, because I went to the same private school as his grandson and he and I were in the spring musical, and then, at A&M, b/c his library is there, and he has an apartment...I saw him in Wal-Mart...which is a bit disorienting...both times it was just a nod and a "How are ya?"

Interviewed Robert Gates, new secretary of defense, twice when I was at A&M as well...wrote for the newspaper.

Have met and spoken to Ray Childress, former Houston Oiler, a couple of times...his son goes to my high school.

Saw Wayne Newton on a redeye from Vegas to Houston...a little strange, but he was just in first class with his much younger wife/companion and his young daughter.

Not much, but I guess that's it.
