Is this statement intended to mean that sheets and bax back no more than (.04)(583) = 23 players? I'll take the Over.

Soon you'll be able to bet on statements like this, and the truth becomes apparent rather quickly.

We could have an open discussion about what sort of open disclosure should be necessary regarding financial arrangements in tournaments.

23 is enough anyways, isn't it?
