Such a list would lead to suspicion and players would watch "team mates". Undoubtedly some false charges would ensue. But it would also have the huge benefit of deterring collusion because those backing syndicates would know they are being watched by all serious players who keep up with things. Only if they have something to hide would they oppose publishing a list for themselves.
