sucky with co-workers - they already want to hate you, this will make coworkers hate you
bad with family - again, extended family already hate you, you're looking for an ass beating, especially if you have family members who have debt, live paycheck to paycheck. Also letting it go for 15 minutes is awful. If his nuts are unkicked, that's disappointing.
