The parameters of the bet were that she scammed him out of 30k.
We decided to call the bet a push based on the fact that she 'only' lost $25k and there is a discrepancy over if she scammed him out of the money or if he let her play on his acct.
Obviously he didn't want her playing 25/50 but she didn't exactly steal the cash for profit either.
Neither of us were really looking to screw the other so we just called the bet off
