HJ is usually too early for me to play a weak offsuit ace, but with reads of tightness behind you, I can live with it.
On the flop, I like the raise. SB could be donking an 8 or 9 or a draw. Your raise is potentially for value and folding the Button is definitely a plus.
On the turn, I bet again. If SB is drawing, I'd rather make him pay now (which he will) than let him draw for free and only get a bet out of him if he hits.
If you bet the turn, I'd probably just check behind on the river since you may not have the best hand and if he was drawing, he won't pay you off. As played, he may bluff a missed draw or donk a pair if he held one on the flop, so yeah, I'd call one if he bets and bet if checked to.
