The sad thing is Absolute doesn't really care about this. I was came across many of the same names when sweating a friend at those limits. I couldn't believe everybody was talking about it chat. Sure enough, somebody at the table suggested the sit out trick and it worked, although one of the bots returned about 2-3 hands later.
These emails took place over the last few days. The sad thing is support really doesn't care. I learned the game and built my bankroll playing at these stakes, this is a serious problem for players who are learning the game. Now for your viewing pleasure my email excange with support (read from the bottom up):

Are you even reading my email? I am not accusing AP if having shills, but there are without a doubt Winholdem bots playing on your site. I'm not concern about "props" all small poker rooms have them, and I'm not concerned about my ability to beat a real person.
Please actually look at the player I listed, LN8268. It is not a real person it is a computer bot, if you are unable to recognize this I will have to close my account because I have no faith in your security, or for that matter your motives. All I'm asking is for you to actually check into the player LN8268 and confirm that it is a real person playing 4 tables for 14 to 18 hours at a time. A common trait for these bots is that they will not play with less than four people. On one of my tables this was discussed in chat, three players sat out and LN8268 left the table the next hand. He rejoined 2 hands later when all the players were back in. How would you explain a real person doing this? If you were concerned I think it would be very easy for you to weed out these bots and make the games fair for all players.
I find your lack of concern over this appalling.
Thanks,

Dear,
As our last email explains, we do not have bots nor shills nor you will ever play against the computer, you will always play against real players.
Also be informed that we do place prop players strategically in our tables, but this is only for them to keep the tables open and the action live, they play using their own money and do not have access to inside information.
We appreciate your understanding.
Thanks for playing at Absolute Poker! If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here for you!
Sincerely,
Maurice

I'm not sure if you read my original complaint, but this is a standard form response not even addressing my question. Did you investigate the player as I asked or do you not care that you have bots in your poker room? Please read my original letter and try again.
Thanks

Dear ,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please be informed that at Absolute Poker, no matter which table you decide to play at, you will always be playing against real online poker players. Your fellow players may live down the street or halfway around the world, but they are guaranteed to be playing on their own behalf. Unlike some other online poker rooms, you will never play against any bots, shills (paid players), computer opponents, or against the 'house' on AP's poker tables.
Absolute Poker engages several select proposition players in a very limited way in order to ensure that there are live games available for all of our players to enjoy. Prop players have no financial interest in the success of Absolute Poker; they play entirely on their own money, do
not know whom the other prop players are, and most important, they have absolutely no access to "inside information" that would help them defeatan opponent.
Thanks for playing at Absolute Poker! If there is anything else we can
help you with, please let us know. We are here for you!
Sincerely,
Maurice

I would like to report player LN8268 as a bot. This player was playing .25/.50 limit today and was clearly not a real person. This was widely discussed in the table chat by the other players. One player was able to accurately describe the bot's dendancies including when he would leave the table.
What will you do about this, or are bots even
against the rules on your site. Without a valid explanation and action I will take my business elsewhere.
Thanks
