Exactly. Plus the fact that the Constitution does NOT say that we HAVE free speech but rather that the government "shall make no laws abridging the freedom of speech", yet this is exactly what our government has done for years. Do we have the right to yell "fire" in a crowded theater? No. The courts have ruled that this is not "protected" speech. There are many other examples of speech that you and I are not permitted under laws enacted by Congresses over the years. So we do not have the right to any form of speech in this country.
