Meh, there's definitely worse hardcore bands out there than Atreyu. If you'd actually call them hardcore, that is. They aren't terrible in the same way other bands are terrible.
Blink 182 is a decent choice though.

I believe you, I'm not much into the hardcore scene. My bro is obsessed with some horrible Atreyu CD that is just awful...honestly I find it to be much, much worse than MSI, which I also dislike.
The Hitler point is well taken...but like most internat analogies, falls into a huge apples/oranges pit of inadequacy.
