Nice setup, hopefully people will post shots of their layouts for more ideas.
Have you tried PA Hud? Much better than GT+ IMO.
Here's mine, toned down even further.
Mild warning: on some of the menu images at the top, they definitely work, but you have to click a very specific spot.
It's not a problem for me and I prefer not to see the images.
Regarding the text boxes, if someone with a really long name sits down it might stick out, but for 99.99% it is large enough.
The table is now pretty much just the cards and players in the hand.
I only put up the "On" version. You will need to make a copy and rename it for off.
