First, you've got to be dedicated and disciplined. Diet is huge. Eat 5-6 small meals a day with your biggest meal being mid afternoon. And run, run, run. Cardio with weight training (you do not have to go heavy). Actually doing push-ups, sit-ups with your weight training will get the job done.
