Myself, I play very tight in O8 and I play at the 3-6 level right now just as you do. I would say that the biggest mistake I see a lot of people doing is merely chasing down a marginal low draw with nothing at all for a high. Esp. with only a few in on the hand. This is actually a great thing for players like me though so I welcome it from other players. If you are just playing for half the pot, remember to adjust your pot odds accordingly. Don't discount high only hands in later positions or ealrier positions if you think that there won't be any PF raises as well. They have great potential at times to scoop.
