I'd be shocked if ace high folds here. If OP is trying to fold out ace high this whole plan is ridiculous. Queen high maybe folds.

If the opponent calls the turn raise he calls the river almost always imo, so I don't think the river card changes anything unless it's a T which I would valuebet. I'm pretty sure he would fold all Q high-hands on the turn and I think it's possible to make him fold an A high hand on the turn.
