So the typical "more definition, wanna get cut" thing. Best way to get those washboard abs comes from diet. Probably the best and most healthy way to get good value out of the sacrifices you make to go on a diet is to drink nothing but water or something like non-sugared ice tea. Soda, beer, and other booze will add a huge amount of totally useless calories to your diet.
If you cut out the garbage, you can actually eat a lot more regular good food. Or just eat the same amount of good food, but start losing weight surprisingly quickly. The high calorie garbage just destroys you, though.
