Default Weight Training to Become Super-Attractive

I know there have been threads in the past about lifting to gain size and/or strength, but all I really want to do is become more attractive. Well, I also want to get faster and more physical for sports (just recreational, I'm not part of any leagues or anything), but I figure that will be a by-product.

So, yeah... Any pointers would be very much appreciated.
