Playing last night on a PS NL$50 table. Of course, all tables on PS are no all-in protection.
CO disconnects before he can make his flop action. Considering his re-raise range (he's not a donk), I felt compelled to check it down and let him have the pot ... because it was the "right" thing to do.
He reconnected about 4 hands (10 minutes) later.
Does checking this down break the Ferengi/Gambler code of kicking someone while they're down? How many of you would've checked this down for someone who disconnected?

After the guy reconnects, I tell him what happened. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that I was typing in the chat window to him. If that's the way I'm going to be treated when doing the "right" thing, I may just kick the next person who does this to me in the nuts.
(Coincidentally, I'm down $15 from Friday and Saturday night.)

If you guys were playing HU or something ok but man just bet, he heas plenty of time to get reconnected after the flop. I bet the turn. I appreciate the sentiment and all but just bet and save everyone else the wasted time also. It's his bad luck.
