That starting scene was pretty sweet, same goes for Peter using the cop's mind reading ability.

It was pretty smart of the girl to kill herself once she realized it was either she shoot her brains out or have Sylar absorb them. I wonder if the Haitian really is working under Claire's father's orders - he seems really sketchy. And then the whole "can you keep a secret?". As far as keeping a secret, the Hatian doesn't want to wipe Claire's memory, and he needs her to shut up about it for the good of both of them.
