This has been discussed many times in the past. Take the immediate rebuy and play it as a freeze out. If you make the first break obviously take the addon.
If you could take the rebuy at any time regardless of stack size you 'might' be able to make a better arguement for waiting. But if you have even 1 chip over the starting stack you've lost the chance to get those extra chips.
