What kind of evidence do you want me to provide if I don't have access to my hand historys or nothing. As I said before I sent them my Id and utility bill when I knew I engaged in credit card fraud? How does that make sense?

That's interesting. In this post you seem to be saying you believe someone committed credit card fraud and you are just a victim.

This demonstrates the importance of basic communications skills. Eric's postings are consistently indecipherable, and so his readers need to work very hard to understand what he actually meant to say. Several folks have gone down the garden path over the wording in this particular posting.
You decided that eric was admitting that the fraud happened, but that he didn't know it. Another poster thought it meant that eric admitted he was involved in fraud. Eric apparently meant to say something like, "Had I been involved with credit card fraud, would I have sent them my Id and utility bill?" Interestingly enough, the answer to that may well be "yes"; eric doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed, so to speak.
As an amusing aside, note that BurnleyMik (eric's probable duplicate) writes just as poorly as eric, and with the same types of errors. However, he does post from the UK, and throws in an "OK, mate" here and there. A simple coincidence? You decide, blokes.
Or, as eric and Burnley would say, "WTF if their was a fradalant credite card then the sight should of prevanted all theyre depsites for a signal day limmit rite, why there not ansering that?????"
None of this, of course, justifies FT's policy of shutting down all lines of reasonable communication with customers under investigation, and failing to conduct verifiably honest, independently reviewed investigations. Unfortunately, that's the wild west world we live in; there are no applicable regulations, and not every company is going to maintain the ethical level of a Stars or a Party. It sucks, but all you can do is watch carefully and limit your exposure to companies who don't respect their customers.
