Re: Eurobet problems
Interesting theory: people who post here a lot are good honest people who therefore don't have problems with poker sites. (A variation on the bad-things-only-happen-to-bad-people idea.)
If only things worked that way. I know several upstanding high-stakes players who have had severe problems with OnGame sites, especially this past month. You haven't been following the Pokes threads? Or heard of weeks-long cashing out delays on FCP? And lots of other threads I've seen.
I'm just adding to this a problem I've personally had with Eurobet/OnGame. And I know of several other medium-high stakes Eurobet players who have had unexplained account freezes recently, with no obvious link to the recent Troubles in the States, or the network changes. I'm the only one I know who's had the account actually closed.
I didn't mean for it to be a sob story - I'm just laying out the facts as I know them, and looking for advice. Personally, I've found it quite helpful reading other players' posts on these kinds of problems -- even if they are sob stories!
That's how I knew to approach the Eurobet poker manager for example, on the original chip-dumping charge. Which it turns out is such a common problem for headups players using OnGame sites, they ought to simply insert it in their terms and conditions: You Will Be Charged With Chip-Dumping.
So: I don't expect sympathy. I don't anything really. I was just making a post, and seeing what response I got.
