I just read a post where hero had AA and turn card was 3rd flush card, so check-check the turn, and river card paired the top card of the board, so hero checked, and villain betted, and hero folded. This was just one example but this kind of situations I'm talking about. Villain betted less than the pot was. In this particular situation it's very good point for villain to bet any 2 and I can't see fold to be right play.
There's hundreds of equivalent situations.
