this isn't me being an e-dick, but when i was in shape in high school i could churn out 50 pushups no problem. 4 years and no exercise later and 25 is doable but very hard, same for situps although i've gotten much better with them.
so the push-ups number looks good. honestly even 3 pull-ups might be hard for an out of shape person especially with palms out, there's no way i could do 3 now. i wonder if i could even do 1?
