5 pullups is much harder than 30 pushups IMO. Hands facing any direction.
Also, FWIW, a 22 min 3mile run would be really hard for the avrg person. I run a hlf hr a day and I dunno if I could make that without pushing rly hard. (I run slow, 7 mph)
