Heater is more or less right but the serving it too big. 25/50 is more in line with what most people need. It's a 300+ cal drink from just that. And considering you should eat within 2 hours. You don't wanna down something too huge.

Another new thing is taking some of your workout shake before during and after. I'm not too knowledgeable on this and just think its a way to keep people from effing up the PWS by dowing a quart of gatorade 1hour-15 minutes before.
