Cool idea.
I just started working out for the first time in my life about 2 months ago, Im about 6 ft 170 and there is no way that I could do the described 5 pullups but everything else seems about right for me.
I dont do any ab workouts currently but I think sit-ups should be added: 30 consecutive situps with no breaks in a minute.
