Basically did this when I got a ticket for underage drinking, and blew a .20, still on it's way up at the station, in just about this time limit. All I did was shots of some [censored] ass vodka, but if you don't wanna do shots just add some kind of mixer in. I'd say red-bull or something carbonated since it'll make it hit you faster, which will help to get your BAC up there for the test, but drink enough of it and that won't really matter.
