ok i understand that he cannot access the FTP site but does that still stop him being able to access the HH on a hard drive in the FTP folder on a computer [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

I believe you have to set it in the lobby to save your HH's to the hard-drive which he evidently didn't do.
