You shouldnt spend time constructing spreadsheets about how your hands
should have fared over the short term.
this guy was spending time doing something similar and I was as unhappy with his approach as I am with yours. Read that thread and look at the long-term links at the end of it.
Then go to Tommy's site and read about reciprocality.
Any time you make a poker decision your mindset should
not be: "how well is this hand
supposed to do?"
Instead it should be: "what does my opponent have? What do I want him to do with that range of hands? What are the odds of me getting that accomplished?"
If you rely on your cards to do the heavy lifting for you, then you're neglecting your strongest and most potent weapon - yourself. Play poker, don't let poker play you.
