I love kids, but I know what you mean. I love my 3.5 year old son more than anything, but I realize that sometimes the outside world needs to be insulated from his lunacy.
On the other hand, people who go to a blatant family restaurant and get mad that there's a lot of kids there can blow me. If you can't afford to take your date anywhere nicer than Chuck-E-Cheeze, don't get mad at a bunch of kids for being, well, kids.
