I voted for the 300 option.
My reasoning was that he looks like he has a 9 thats been given terrific odds throughout. Which probably means he is highly likely to have rivered 2 pair. Also if he had a strong made hand I would have expected him to raise somewhere a lot of the time. He could have JQ or something of course, but if you bet 300 a lot of the time a bad player will stick the rest in.
