This definition is decent, although it misses a few other 'floats'. For instance if villain bets on the flop, weak turn bet and you raise with air (or gutshots and the like). Or the NOT recommended OOP float.

They all work on the principle of calling in a earlier to street to bluff at the pot on a later street.
