You have a big enough draw, atlest after the turn to be raising this up. Plus the UTG+1 made the same raise on the flop as he did on the turn. Looks to me like he's slowing up a little. Take advantage of that. You probably can push him off his hand.

you give yourself more than one chance to win with the push (other than hitting the draw). villain can fold, and as you stated it appears villain is losing confidence in his hand (as represented by his betting)
