Nice post to the OP. I follow those same guidelines for the most part. Of course a few more things mixed in too.
As far a berating the fish. I hate this. Oftentimes I find myself trying to defend the fish in order to get the titled person to set their sights on me, which I want worse players to do.
There have been a few times though that I played while I was drinking and got out of line with the fishies. Which is why I no longer drink hard liquor when playing. Maybe a beer or two.
