Wow. I don't see one candidate that I would be excited about if I was either type of conservative (financial or evangelical). Maybe McCain, but there's the "traitor" angle on him. And maybe Frist, if they could get over the stem cell issue that the article mentioned.

They seem to downplay Frist, but I don't really get their explanation. I think lots of evangelicals see stem cell research as a tough decision, and they might forgive his stance on that one thing since he's a doctor, as long as he's fundamentally pro-life,
