Here's what I think happened. None of the responses in this thread mention what I'm about to say. Read this, then go back and look at the video again.

Suspect is whining, "I can't breath." Then he stops whining. Then he gets tuned up.

Here's what I think happened: I think he bit the officer in the leg. And the officer didn't like being bitten.

The officer's body language changes dramatically in an instant. You hear "Let go!", and it doesn't sound like the suspect's voice. I think he had a mouthful of bacon (sorry, couldn't resist the metaphor), and he's lucky the punching stopped when he stopped biting.

Anybody think I'm onto something here?

EDIT: I just watched it again. At the end, the cop is saying "Let go of me," while the suspect isn't using his hands. I'm convinced there was biting going on there.
