I went Asian/Asian, only because it was the only foreigner you listed.

In my experience, foreigners are the worst drivers. They have no clue of all the road-rules, and they consistently drive 50 on the highway with their brights on. Followed by cell-phone users (usually Soccer Moms are the worst).
