It'll cost you about $72.50 to stay in a pot that's about $150 (after rake) so you're getting about 2.1 to 1 (i.e. you need 32% or more equity to call).

It's kind of hard to make a good estimate of your equity but the worst case scenario (against a double suited medium run and better aces) is that you have about 20% of the main pot and 40% of the side pot. The main pot will be about $120 and the side pot about $100 so a call here is worth at least 0.2*120 + 0.40*100 = $64.

That's close to a worst case scenario. It wouldn't take much for you to be about 30% in the main pot and 60% in the side pot (0.3*120 + 0.6*100 = $96). Obviously a no-brainer call here.
