Thus, I'm afraid, the razz simulator may be no more than a dream.

Dear Jim:

(You should seriously consider Monte Carlo simulations.)

As to the original question, this is VERY easy if you're not a moran.

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and the n00b dealer accidentally deals a card on sixth street, and villain wins with runner-runner-runner quad nines.

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], the turn is 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and the river is 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain loses $347 on the hand, but villain starts to cry. A passing millionaire with a soft heart gives villain $8,000 to make her feel better. (NOTE: I'm assuming here that villain has big boobies, which OP did not specify.)

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. The turn is an offsuit 6 and the river is a 4. Hero goes to turn over his hand, but the cards hit the table funny and one bounces into the muck. Hero's hand is declared dead and villain wins the pot.

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain bets $30,000,000 and hero calls. The turn is 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. The river is 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Villain wins $300,000,000 because he is Montgomery Brewster from the 1985 comedy classic Brewster's Millions. (Assuming villain is able to get a receipt.)

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Turn is a K, river is a Q. The Eye in the Sky catches hero slipping cards under his knee. Hero is immediately thrown out of the casino and villain wins the pot by default.

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Turn is 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], river is 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain wins because the casino has declared today "Opposite Day."

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Turn is 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], hero bets pot, villain check-raise overbets, hero calls. River is 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], hero bets pot, villain check-raises all-in, hero calls. A passing producer sees the play and gives Villain a lucrative TV deal on the spot for having so much moxy. Villain goes on to a life of opulence, drug abuse, loose women, and super-stardom because of the hand. This is the very DEFINITION of a winner.

Villain has 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Turn is a 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], hero checks, villain checks. River is a 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero bets all-in, villain knows he is beaten, villain calls as an act of pure charity. This one selfless act is enough to push villain over into the "good person" category and earns him a spot in heaven. Eternal paradise is the greatest win anybody could ever hope for.

While the original question wasn't very well specified, I think the only hand villain can have is 92o.
