how many lawyers do the Republicans have lined up tomorrow to steal the election?

Not as many as the Dems do.
Republicans are happy to live with the verdict of the voters. Only when Democrat judges, like those on the Florida Supreme Court, decide to rewrite the existing laws of the state legislatures to arrange a result contrary to the choice of the voters, do we need to simply say: "your rewrite is invalid".

This isn't even close to accurate. I assume you are referring to the Florida Supreme court decision in 2000, where they ordered Sec of State Harris to actually give the counties enough time to recount all the ballots. Why? Because Harris knew that Bush had won the initial vote and might not win the recount, but the recounts could not be completed within 7 days thus giving the election to Bush. Sounds like the Republicans were very happy to hear the results of the voters if it was in their favor, but I dont see how arguing against state ordered manual recounts supports the verdict of the voters.
Then the USSC stepped in and said that no recount could be made because county law vary in terms of recount standards, it would be a violation of equal protection for voters in 2 different counties to be judged by 2 different standards. This is the definition of activist judges: The USSC used the 14th amendment in a way it most certainly was not designed to apply and circumvented an elections process to declare a winner.
