I'm sorry you feel that way. ID verification does not imply anything more than confirmation that we have verified your account information is truthful and accurate. Explanation of the various stages of offer/claim statuses is clearly posted toward the bottom of your account page; if you had any questions about that, or were unclear about anything, you certainly could have opened a support ticket within a reasonable amount of time.
