If you're looking for a specific scene to fit the title of "greatest 3 minutes in a comedy ever," I don't think the scene can do anything but disappoint.

It's not like that, I'm just curious to see if I agree with his opinion on if it's the best part of the movie, or best 3 minutes of comedy ever.

Just got back from taking a long lunch hour. The movie was awesome and lived up to the hype, IMO. As for this, it will be completely obvious what he is talking about when you see it. Let's just say it mostly happens in a hotel room.
